RUBIC club

The RUBIC club, founded in 2013, is a volunteer group which is committed to supporting Vietnamese children with special behavioral, mental and cognitive needs. Our past projects have included translation of English materials into Vietnamese, free skill training sessions for parents and volunteers, summer camps for children with special needs. What we have learned from the past two years is that  low level of community awareness and resources devoted to the health care and education of children with special needs is one of the biggest barriers to improving the quantity and quality of services for the children...
