	(November 11 - December 10, 2006): Home for the Holidays - OLD TOWN SPRING
	Over 150 shops decorated with thousands of twinkling lights welcome visitors to a season of unique Christmas gift shopping. Shop in a fairyland atmosphere with entertainment on weekends. Children enjoy the Christmas train and photos with Santa.

	(November 20, 2006 - June 3, 2007): Voices from History - DALLAS
	Artifacts, videos, oral histories, and photographs detail the rarely-told stories of the Dallas Police officers and Dallas County Sheriff's deputies who witnessed the John F. 	(December 15-17, 2006): Single Shooter Society Cowboy Christmas Shootout - ABILENE
	Outfitted in Old West dress and shooting with pistols shotguns and rifles from the 1800's, viewers will think they have traveled back in time. A series of metal targets are placed through out the replica of an 1800's downtown, which includes storefronts of a bank, hotel and doctor's office.

	(December 17, 2006): Christmas Tree Lighting and Evening Ranch Tours - STONEWALL
	Hill Country tradition for 34 years. Established by President and Mrs. Johnson, this community gathering is still attended by family members, who light the beautiful Christmas tree prior to special night tours of the LBJ Ranch bedecked in festive lighting and a visit to a German farmhouse, decorated for Christmas at the turn of the last century. 	(January 12 thru February 4, 2007) - 111th Annual Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show & Rodeo - FORT WORTH
	Established in 1896, this popular event attracts nearly one million people from around the world to the Will Rogers Memorial Center for the nation's oldest livestock show and daily performances of the world's original indoor rodeo. 	(January 24 thru February 18, 2007): Washington's Birthday Celebration - LAREDO
	One of the biggest and oldest celebrations of the first president's birthday. Celebrating since 1898. This event is a unique mixture of a Mexican fiesta and a Fourth of July celebration - an opportunity for everyone to experience 29 events in 25 fun-filled days in pleasant Laredo, TX. 	(February 1-18, 2007): Stock Show & Rodeo - SAN ANTONIO

	(February 10, 2007): Rodeo Austin Gala - AUSTIN
	The Rodeo Austin Gala is a black tie event held annually at the Palmer Event Center. 3,000 guests come dressed in their finest for a delectable dinner, drinks, extensive silent auction, and big name entertainment. The 2006 entertainment is the country super star group Big & Rich. Put on your black tie and boots and join us for one of Austin's premier events.
